The other big lie that every woman speaks is that the most important thing they look for in a man is a "sense of humor". Trust me, i'm pretty funny and it never got me anywhere. Now dressing up in expensive clothes and driving a nice car...that works. |

It is not that women prefer jerks, it is that jerks try alot harder. I bet most who sais girls only like jerks asks about one women out every few months tops. Maybe never! The jerks tend to try as many times a day as they can till one girl finaly sais yes, but for every yes was 30 nos.
Or simply, you are just bitter so like putting down people in your sad little mind to make yourself feel better. |

And I will dismiss your argument till I burn in my grave. True, I am sick of the predictable, nauseating happy endings that American cinema is littered with as well, but girls choose the nice guy all the time. (In reality, no less, if not in an 80s teen movie.)
I'm not saying that women never choose jerks, but guys who choose divas over nice girls are just as prevalent. You can't make a blanket statement that "most" women go for the one who will treat them badly. And those who stay in that type of relationship have no respect for themselves, so why would you want to be with a girl like that anyway? I say kick 'em to the curb. |

Well I did use the caveat "Most women" as you can't put everybody in the same boat. I don't know anything about Canadian women except that a lot of em are hot and thats where American guys with no sex life claim their girlfriends live. As for me? I was a real nice guy and was treated like crap from ages 13 thru 16 then I learned to act like a jerk and got plenty of action, until I made the mistake of getting married. (don't do it guys). |

@VAJENGA: I'm a nice guy, and after dating a bunch of douchebags, my GF found a boyfriend that isn't an absolute piece of crap. The problem is usually that many girls will be with worse guys than what my GF has dated, and will be much more emotionally scarred than they may appear. Girls who feel judged, girls who feel unappreciated, girls who are scared of showing their affection... All of this leads to a damaged girl, which can be a real bitch to date, even for the nicest guys...
Girls : When you date a douchebag, you're hurting a nice guy, unless you're a stuck up bitch who knows she's pretty and can get what you want, you can go eff yourself. |
