Cleaning turtle is a pain. You need to get the fat off the meat to ovoid the stench. It has been years since I made a good old creole turtle soup. This pic is from Nola Cuisine, great food.

@DixxyRarr- you do realize that "turtle" is not a species, and that not every species of turtle is endangered, right?
Those turtles were probably raised on a farm.
Also "Turtle soup, it smells DISGUSTING!" made me lol a lot. |

I saw this the other day...I'm very glad they didn't show the butchering of turtles (T.T) I know people eat them every day, but I have had several pet turtles in the past. I love these guys, though. Every time I watch one of their videos, I want to barf, but I can't stop watching at the same time. The one where there was a rabbit birth from a turkey or some shiz...that one was pretty disgusting too. XD |
