I must say, I was a little surprised; no classical, no folk/bluegrass/gospel, no showtunes. Other than Sinatra and NPR, it was all loosely sort of pop. (I know, I know...it's definitely not all pop in the narrow sense and Britney and Korn are 2 very different genres. But pop in a general post Beatles oeuvre sort of way.) |
