@msieg007. really? think about it, he shows that sign to maybe 100 cars an hour at a busy intersection on average. Lets say only 5% of people think the sign is creative enough and they give him an average of $1 each. so Thats $5 / hr tax free, close to minimum wage. But with a creative sign, he at least doubles that, so hes probably making $10-$20 per hour on that sign. And how much do you make per hour? |

May 6, 2011, it was announced that Williams would be entering a Texas rehabilitation facility for emotional reasons and not for narcotic reasons.
I'm not surprised to hear that, and I find it a bit hopeful. I've worked with many a homeless in my day, and from what I've seen it's almost never a quick fix. Rarely is anyone 'accidentally' homeless... it's usually built on a lifetime of emotional issues: abuse, neglect and imbalance from others and from themselves.
BUT- it doesn't mean that they don't deserve my hard work, encouragement and patience. You don't have to help them (hopeislost) but I will :) |

@Heureux I'm not bitter at all, I just have no respect for someone who was undeservedly given a second chance and f***s it up. Actually I'm a oil well drilling consultant and probably make more in a month than you do in a year. I know kids who busted their asses for years to get their drilling jobs...they were given opportunites and capitalized on them by working like there was no tomorrow. Williams f***ed his own life up, gas given another chance, and blew it again...he deserves nothing but a kick in the ass. BTW...yeah my life is really screwed up...I work 7 months a year and the other 5 months I spend travelling the planet....my life really sucks....hahahahahahaha

F***, who gives a s**t about Ted Willimas...drank himself out of a job and didn't deserve a second chance but got one anyway, then just blew it again....once a loser, always a loser. Give a chance to someone who works his ass off every day and deserves it...not to some bum like Ted Williams. |
