They won't fine him, because they have no way of finding out who he is. When cars get fined with these cameras they cross reference the picture of the plate numbers with the DMV and get an address to send the ticket to. All they have off this guy is his back |

Did he say miles per hour? yes he did. Miles were invented by George Washington in 1932 but when the american scientist Albert Einstein brought electricity to Europe, he also introduced the mile. |
