I like how they use G-mod to show the poison headcrabs from Half-Life 2.
I love G-mod.
While they're not really 'scary' Will-o-whisps from Oblivion pissed me off. |

Shalebridge Cradle, from "Theif, Deadly Shadows" was absolutely freaking terrifying. The "Staff" consisting of the zombies of mental patients in metal headgear, freaked me out immeasurably.

I remember playing this Goosebumps game as a kid that had the scariest enemies EVER!
If you went into the sewers by entering the garbage cans you could collect coins down there, but the screams of the monsters down there were so horrifying I would run out of the room everytime.

IrishJesus- I totally forgot about F.E.A.R.! I started playing it while I was on restriction on the submarine I was stationed on. The racks (beds) are only about 18 inches tall, so I was playing it on my laptop with about 3 inches of headroom...when Alma came out the first time, it scared the sh-t out of me and I whacked the f-ck out of my head on the light. Trying to explain the scrape on my forehead was fun... |

Uhh, I think Alma from FEAR is pretty drating terrifying. Here's a fun tip: play the last level of FEAR 2, go up to Alma's tree and look at her doll on the ground. Then walk away. That is all... |

I don't know...you get to poking around in the sewers and vaults in Fallout, and some of those Feral Ghouls and Deathclaws sneak up on you. Definite pucker factor there. |
