A friend of mine had a heart attack while driving. He was only 40 and in good shape. No indication before. He went off the side of a small cliff, but the trees caught the car of him and his wife. It was sudden and said it felt like someone just stabbed him deep through the back and he passed out. You can never tell. Always keep an eye out.
Like the ocean rule never turn your back on the wave. Never turn your back on traffic. I taught my wife and kids this when visiting Dallas. My wife came from a small community in Hawaii. They don't experience large city traffic. Sure enough she didn't pay attention one day and a car came flying trough a red light. Missed her by inches. She has learned now.
