Tuesday, May 03, 2011 7:20:21 AM Although that does not correspond to most of the answers you would be surprised on how many times some of these questions solve most of the problems... |

Monday, May 02, 2011 8:34:43 PM The problem with being an IT guy is people only speak to you if they have an issue. If everything works fine and there are no problems because you are so darn good at what you do, then people think you're being lazy and unproductive as you aren't fixing things. If you go out to dinner and mention you are in IT when someone asks what you do, everyone at the table immediately wants you to forget you're not at work any more and provide insight on their very specific and quite often immensely retarded IT problems, all for free of course and with no complaints ^^ It's such in my field of network management that the technical knowledge goes way, way beyond what you can explain to people you get put on the spot when they ask "so, what's the problem then?"... WELL its proper buggered mate, give me 30 minutes and i'll remember I had to sort your PC out in the middle of doing something more important, I promise :P |

Monday, May 02, 2011 7:27:21 PM the stupid part about this is..the arrow is pointing sideways so you would have to read your choices sideways instead from the top pointing down |

Monday, May 02, 2011 3:57:58 PM I just blame the person and then tell them that it's not fixable over the phone. But then, I only support friends and family. It's almost always PEBCAK |

Monday, May 02, 2011 2:32:45 PM Hey! Wait just one minute. Some of those are valid options for fixing your problem. Don't be hatin' on IT until they actually mess up. |

Monday, May 02, 2011 2:27:40 PM Lol I started at "Well that is a problem isn't it?" and went round. The last one was the best. |

Monday, May 02, 2011 1:52:18 PM Yep, that's about right.... (this is what I do for a living).... The only change is that the orange section should take up about half of the circle. Oh and need to have a section for "Sorry, we don't support that." |
