Friday, April 29, 2011 10:56:58 PM @VictoryRider That's not sad, that's awesome! I love stuff like that! Would have been fun to listen to my records on vinyl. Doubly awesome that most of the music I like came out in the time of vinyl. On top of that, most of the albums I own were converted from 8-track, so their quality is a bit... scratchy. It's pretty cool to experience that. :] |

Friday, April 29, 2011 7:46:36 PM ....wow....I'm 24 and remember a lot of this stuff when it was 'new'. I was just having this conversation with a friend at work about this - kids now a days don't even know what a gigapet was or an easy bake oven.... |

Friday, April 29, 2011 4:12:54 PM I'm 20 and the Toy Story one makes me feel damn old. I never even saw Finding Nemo because it was too childish at the time. |

Friday, April 29, 2011 4:06:33 PM Man I'm old Not even close. Also, It appears this chart isn't for me. Is it sad that I remember the time before microwaves? (...and when we only had 3 TV channels?..and when music was either on vinyl or an eight track?...) |

Thursday, April 28, 2011 11:57:04 PM I remember seeing little mermaid in theaters. I recently mentioned the car surfing scene from Teen Wolf to someone I considered at least near my age range. Their response was a blank stare followed by "What's a teen wolf?" |

Thursday, April 28, 2011 11:49:34 PM potatosalad, i am the same age, and just remembering how far back it was when they came out makes me feel old. like the fact that when toy story came out i was a little kid (8) and when the 3rd toy story came out i was 22years old. that sh*t makes me feel old as all hell. |

Thursday, April 28, 2011 7:36:22 PM The matrix one really gets me. 12 years. I was. 10. Really shouldnt have been allowed to watch that. But then i saw T2 in theatres. Born in 89. Terminator was my favorite movie, so when i was 2, we wen to go see it. But then, i suppose seeing terminator enough times to be able to correlate it to t2 when i saw previews by age 2, would be even worse. |

Thursday, April 28, 2011 6:06:43 PM As a 23 year old, I definitely remember the Lion King and Toy Story coming out. I think the ages should be adjusted a little. |

Thursday, April 28, 2011 3:17:49 PM @Buiadh: Or maybe it's just the comic that people just find funny and don't care how it makes them look? |

Thursday, April 28, 2011 2:40:38 PM I don't get this...these movies are not that old. "Taxi Driver" with Robert DeNiro and Jodie Foster came out in my birth year of 1976. It still holds up pretty well. What's the point? I'm exactly 35, does that have anything to do with why I don't get it? |

Thursday, April 28, 2011 1:50:28 PM Ahh XKCD, the "comic" that people like to boast about reading to make themselves look more intelligent than they really are. |
