the funny thing is that is basically what the supreme court said about apple and jailbreaking their products and the ruled in favor of the people which is why it is perfectly legal to jailbreak your iphones ipods ect. I wonder why this is so diffferent. |

These guys are heroes. I believe firmly that when you buy an electronic device, it is YOURS, not theirs. You may jailbreak/hack it all day long. Because it's YOURS and YOU BOUGHT it. If doing so lets people play free games, so be it. Not the customers problem. |

It's funny they claim they don't target consumers. It's like the guy stealing from a business saying he is sticking it to the man. Of course the reality is that in the end it's the consumer that has to pay more when steals or causes damage. I wonder how they will attack Sony in a way that won't cost Sony and cause them to defer the cost to the consumers. |

@collegebound: Not saying it's not possible, but saying it is unlikely. It doesn't follow their M.O.
When "they" decide to do something, it is at the detriment of "the man" but never the citizens. They may pick on certain individuals, but only when those individuls cross a certain line. Mainly they focus on causing the most harm to large entities while preventing harm to the people those entities are supposed to benefit, but don't. Like Governments, corporations, etc.
