it actually isn't tattoed. you can tell the dude drew it on. what really gives it away is the grey lines, they look like they were done with a silver colored gel pen. I used to do this kind of thing in grade school a lot, to myself or my class mates (kind of like a tattoo artist) and found that gel pens were the way to go. the ink just leaks out of them as opposed to your regular bic ballpoint that you need the ball to roll on the skin to work. |
