Yeah once you get that successful comedy career off the ground I may reconsider. Right now when it comes from you it's just mean spirited attacks on minorities. Perhaps Pauly Shore will will have an open mike night and you can try out your act on an actual audience. Lets hope no one of color is there. |

Religious discrimination isn't the same as racism OutWest. You can't look at someone and tell what religion they are. Didn't see a hint of racism in that video clip. |

Over-sensitivity strikes again. George W. Bush was routinely compared to monkeys. Why? Because he looks like a monkey. Obama also looks like a monkey. It isn't racist to say so.
Why is it funny to portray a white guy as a monkey, but offensive and hateful when it's a black guy? The only way to justify that line of thinking is if you actually believe black people are like monkeys... which is, by the same logic, racist. |

I told myself I would stay out of this, because I knew it was going to be a Troll-fest.
I'm jumping in here to speak on CrakJak's behalf. Even though CrakrJak and I do not, and will probably never agree on some things, I don't see him as a racist.
From his posts over the years, I would agree that he is somewhat conservative (as am I when it comes to the economy of the U.S.), he's certainly not the type that would condone racist behavior.
And we're ALL a little racist sometimes... The quicker we can all admit that to ourselves, the quicker we can TRY to get past it.
I can be just as racist as anyone here. (No, I won't tell you who I'm prejudiced against, because I honestly don't know why this group bugs the poo out of me, and I'm making strides towards learning more about this particular culture and trying to understand... I'm embarrassed that I have these feelings.) |
