How can the galaxy be seen when the sun hasn't set yet? The light pollution from a nearby town is enough to obscure the distant stars of the galaxy, yet this video shows it with sunlight still in the sky? |

I love seeing time lapses of the starry night sky. It's an amazing sight seeing just how the earth spins. |

wow, beautiful. How could anyone have ever looked at the night sky and thought it revolved around us is beyond me... How did the Spanish cross an ocean and find a land so eerily similar to their own is strange, is it not?
