Christchurch is my home city...it's been so surreal seeing the effect the earthquake has had but not going through it myself (we live in Australia at the moment but all my family is still there). Places & buildings I know so well, gone. The entire city & it's people have changed. It's really quite heartbreaking... |

Christchurch is in New Zealand, they had a bad earthquake not too long before Japan, but what little coverage they got went away pretty quickly |
