Sunday, April 17, 2011 10:43:06 PM HOLY! I jumped hard! Mostly because I didn't know what a 2x4 was! I thought something like a 2x4 wheeled truck, e.g. a monstertruck! I was waiting, getting closer to look for the upcoming truck-through-the-windshield mayhem and than this! Shock is just the reaction you have, when s.th. unexpected suddenly surprises you, and I was pretty surprised! Almost poo-surprised myself! |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 8:04:28 PM HOW DID SHE NOT SCREAM HER HEAD OFF??? it even made me go eek. Her explanation was that she was shocked silent by it. Makes sense to me. |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 3:28:48 PM YIKES! I hate it when that happens. Years ago here in Winnipeg, a guy was driving along when a 2" pipe fell out of the truck in front of him, went through his windshield, through HIM and through his seat. He sat there, transfixed, until the firefighters came and cut him out with their diamond hacksaw. He was OK (except he lost a lung, and a rib) and got to keep the piece of pipe! |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 2:51:16 PM I actually had a 4x4 stick through my right headlight after a semi hit it in the middle of I-5. Not fun. |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 10:51:58 AM regardless of it's reality, there is indeed a reason why I check the cargo tie-downs when driving close to a flat-bed truck. |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 9:27:05 AM @Musuko Whatever her reasons, filming ANYTHING while driving is about 30 times worse than texting while driving, so shes a bad driver no matter what. |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 7:53:57 AM @vegascartman she was filming because she felt the truck drivers were driving wrecklessly and began filming as evidence. |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 3:27:52 AM It's that movie where these teens escaped death, but were supposed to die. Then death keeps following them around to claim them. Final Destination? |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 2:00:44 AM @verinon As has been explained in the article: "I was actually taping two trucks doing a little 'cat and mouse' game and holding up traffic" She probably did not drop the camera or scream in terror for the same reason she was able to control the car and bring it to a safe stop: in a sudden life threatening situation, you simply don't have time to scream or think or anything: instinct takes over, and you act on reflex alone. It shows she has good instincts. |

Thursday, April 07, 2011 12:51:11 AM Years ago I saw a video about how America's Funniest Home Videos used to screen real videos from fake/staged ones. Their first criteria for catching a fake was when someone was video taping an ordinary activity for absolutely no reason and something crazy "just happens". This video is no exception. Why would a driver or passenger just be video taping a truck for no reason whatsoever? He wouldn't be. It's a fake. |
