Thursday, April 07, 2011 11:08:02 AM That would be a lot of room if you were on a navy ship. $700 is what I'm asking for my 1400 sq. ft. 1st floor Railroad. But it is in Upstate and 10 mi. N. of Albany.

Wednesday, April 06, 2011 6:48:25 PM My point is: if that's the case, you can hardly claim yourself superior over those who have to buy small for a lot of money: we don't have a time machine, we can't go back and buy when you bought. Feel free to point out exactly where you hallucinated a claim that I am superior because I'm halfway through buying a house. |

Wednesday, April 06, 2011 3:20:15 PM 700 is too much. I'd live there if it was 400 or less. I'd definitely smoke weed all day in there though. |

Wednesday, April 06, 2011 12:26:24 PM I'm glad she's happy with it, but I just don't understand the sacrifice. What is the point of living in NY City just so you can say you live in NY City? You look out your window and you see... windows. If I was still living on my own, I could see trying to live in a small space, but now I've gathered a family and animals. |

Wednesday, April 06, 2011 9:52:37 AM Actually, I think this looks like a great place to live! We really don't need that much space. People who have 1000+ sq ft homes probably spend most of their time in a very small section of them. This also forces you to keep only the important things, instead of endlessly acquiring more and more crap that just goes into storage. |

Wednesday, April 06, 2011 9:34:28 AM I used to live in a studio smaller than this in LA. The bed was in the wall sticking out into a garage. Paid $175 in 1976, was right on the beach in Redondo could even see the waves if I shoved my head against the bathroom screen. |
