Tuesday, March 29, 2011 5:50:32 PM It uses a paper "belt" the goes around the metal blade but doesn't move, in the same way tank treads don't "move" when they're touching the ground. The paper tread just sort of rolls underneath the ketchup while the blade actually lifts it up. |

Tuesday, March 29, 2011 5:47:15 PM @the hitcher: nope, its a 'fabric' / 'sheet' fixed at the top and sliding out under the bottom, the sauce isnt sliding but simply moving along on it. _____________ _____________> |

Tuesday, March 29, 2011 11:53:04 AM it's not made for cleaning spills. It's made to transfer viscous liquids, gels, and anything else prone to deformation when manipulated. |

Tuesday, March 29, 2011 10:22:57 AM This isn't a cleaning device. It's most likely for food decoration. |

Tuesday, March 29, 2011 9:51:12 AM It almost looks like it's heated, towards the end the thin parts of the "mess" seems died out. |

Tuesday, March 29, 2011 7:16:59 AM @ edana42: There's more to it than that. It has to be coated with silicone or something similar. |

Tuesday, March 29, 2011 3:50:14 AM "WHY!! WHY!! I really see no practical use for this" Easy. Food decorating. You lay out your decoration--say a flower--and then pick it up and deposit on the food you're decorating. If you goof up, wipe it all up and start again. The food is safe. |
