Sunday, March 27, 2011 11:07:50 PM This contraption is all based on using pantographs, no hydraulics, pneumatics, or electric motors. You couldn't lift anymore than normal with it, actually because of the leverage involved the amount of lift would be less than normal. It's not very practical except maybe as a skeleton for parade characters. There are far better exoskeletons being produced right now that can lift heavy objects and others that assist the users mobility. |
