It says that this document is top-secret, and cannot be disclosed to anybody without the explicit command of the one in charge of this operation!

The style of illustration is different for the mech body.. plus it looks like it's been 'shopped into the photos.

i reconise the first image as being one from the russian experiments on keeping the severed head of a dog alive using machines... never seen the mech body before.
i have doubts as to the veracity. |

I'm fairly certain that this is a documentation of the re-animation experiments done in the early 1900's. The main goal was to figure out a way to bring dead body parts back to life in hopes of bringing whole dead bodies back to life. They mostly used dead animals. This research eventually led to the ability to transplant live organs to dying patients. |

Well they russians successfully transplanted the brain of a dog into another dag during the cold war, or the world war. I forget. But yeah, they did some crazy ass stuff outback, during the 1900s |

But why wouldn't they just build a robot that a human (or I guess dog) could control without chopping off their head? Wouldn't that be better? Why do we want a robot run by a severed head so badly? |
