Personally, I'd take the chance on the "Cow Something" everytime.
Maybe you end up with tongue, taint, or uvula...

Hey now! My family has a tradition of serving cow something that goes back for at least six generations! I don't see what's weird about it... It's great for a mid-spring festival, and is really delicious. |
