Tuesday, February 08, 2011 12:53:52 AM @missPWNAGE I actually had this dream (alien baby bursting out of my stomach) when I was pregnant with #3. It was a really cool dream. And it'd be kind of cool in an abstract 'oooh look at the baby sticking it's head out of my stomach!" kind of way (not so good in a 'death from uncontrollable bleeding & shock' kind of way though). As it happens, I had a c-section & have a photo of said baby with her head sticking out of my stomach. It's *really* cool. |

Sunday, February 06, 2011 11:46:10 AM @duffytoler Imagine the movie "Alien." Now imagine that it's a violent, crazy baby instead. *SPOILER ALERT* I dunno about you guys, but that was my favorite part of Twilight. |

Sunday, February 06, 2011 7:37:50 AM Swastika avatars are inappropriate. You may well be a Buddhist Norris, in which case it is unfortunate that your symbol was appropriated by the Nazis. You are welcome to use a more overtly Buddhist symbol such as the one elkingo linked, but the one you used is a Nazi symbol which you clearly know since you were using the thumbnail trick. |

Saturday, February 05, 2011 8:28:31 PM @elkingo... tried to embiggen it before I posted and couldn't read it. After your reply, I clicked on your profile. I could read it then. Also other stuff, which tells me that we would get along just fine IRL. I just have a hard time resisting the role of Devil's Advocate. Especially when I am deflating arrogant ignorance. Not the case with you, I see. But I still defend anyone's right to have anything as an avatar. Who knows what means what to who? BTW... my great-great grandfather... Civil War. Great-grandfather... Spanish-American War. Grandfather... WWI. Father... WWII. Me... Vietnam. My daughter... well, thank God somebody finally got some sense. But we all did our thing fully expecting someone to 'take advantage' of liberty. You fight for freedom, expect freedom... and don't roll over in your grave when it's used. |
