Friday, September 24, 2004 3:31:21 PM Here's a site with interesting sources - quotes directly from the president himself. Try these on for size. http://www.americanprogressaction.org/site/pp.asp?c=klLWJcP7H&b=118263 |

Friday, September 24, 2004 1:03:07 PM "there's no sources listed for each claim."Oh. Sorry. Do you need sorces? It would have been hard to post here. Anyways here's a site with sorces. Ooh, I didn't see this one, this one's good. Independents for Kerry. I don't know if this one has anything the other two didn't say. Here's a really scraggly looking but none the less comprehensive site. Um. . . Yeah. Loony. |

Friday, September 24, 2004 12:48:41 PM He said we won in Iraq. Now he says we didn't. Bush mocked Gore's tax credit for fuel effishant hybrid cars; now he supports them.January 17, 2001, Bush supports extending assault weapons ban. February 24, 2004, Bush opposes extension of assault weapons ban. Bush promised to lobby OPEC to lower oil prices, then refused to lobby OPEC for lower oil prices. He denighed that more money was going to be needed for Iraq on Feburary 2 2004, then, three months later, requests an additonal $25 billion. Bush supported mandatory caps on carbon dioxide to get ellected, opposed them in office. Bush says Saddam and al-Qaeda are linked in the war on terror; "We've had no evidence that Saddam Hussein was involved in Sept. 11." [President Bush, 9/17/03] Opposes 527s; own head of own campaign works for a 527. For tax relief for the poor when campaigning for office. Overwelmingly largest portion of Bush tax brakes go to the wealthiest. (Forgive my spelling.) |

Friday, September 24, 2004 12:20:02 PM Bush is against campaign finance reform; then he's for it.Bush is against a 9/11 commission; then he's for it. Bush is against an Iraq WMD investigation; then he's for it. Bush is against nation building; then he's for it. Bush is for free trade; then he's for tariffs on steel; then he's against them again. Bush is for states right to decide on gay marriage, then he is for changing the constitution. Bush first says he'll provide money for first responders (fire, police, emergency), then he doesn't. Bush first says that 'help is on the way' to the military ... then he cuts benefits Bush-"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. Bush-"I don't know where he is. I have no idea and I really don't care." Bush talks about helping education and increases mandates while cutting funding. Bush first says the U.S. won't negotiate with North Korea. Now he will. |

Thursday, September 23, 2004 8:39:41 PM If this is the best that the left can do... well then, they might as well concede the race now. |

Thursday, September 23, 2004 8:14:14 PM Yeah, that's pretty weak. Even if there are things that Bush is flipflopped on, it doesn't mean he's like this horrible president or anything. Infact, It more or less means he's doing what he can for the better of the nation, than what he personally believes, Which is actually a mark of a good president. |

Thursday, September 23, 2004 6:22:20 PM Lame, lame, lame. What a pathetic attempt to list Bush's "flip flops." They're not even full fledged flops, like Kerry, and there's no sources listed for each claim. Very amateurish. |
