My county is at 18%.
Of course, most of that is the Asian/White population. I'm Hispanic, so the amount of Hispanics here with a Bachelor's Degree is... 7.88%.
What.
HOWEVER if you look at my city specifically...
"...for every 100 [people] in our high schools, 16 will graduate with a bachelor's degree, and, of those, seven will be underemployed, and only nine will secure commensurate employment after graduating from college."
