And you can't even say bad things about these people. You can't insinuate they should have their children taken away(even thought they're clearly not responsible enough to manage children) because it's "insensitive". You can suggest a tax should be put into place for every child you have as to dissuade people from having children because it's "OMG COMMUNISM" (even though that's not what communism is). You can't even educate these people as clearly IT'S NOT WORKING. The only thing to do is hope these people have lives filled with misery.

You know, I get sick of it when people decide that teen pregnancy is the fault of the church. So, here, think about this for a few minutes: Premarital sex is a sin according to the church. Yet, they are obviously ignoring it. They are picking and choosing which church directives to listen to. All they want to do is to be able to say to their peers that they aren't a virgin, or that they had X number of girl/boyfriends. It's all about bragging rights to their peers. The church doesn't enter into their thoughts until it comes to the part where the guy doesn't want to put the condom on. THEN church directives about birth control come to mind, only because the guy is too selfish to think of anything else.

back in the 1930s the US government forcibly sterilized mentally retarded and mentally ill people. there was a bill in congress to sterilize people who received government aid(welfare and such) at the time we did not have the temporary birth control we have today. I have always thought that as a stipulation of receiving welfare for any extended amount of time should come with mandatory birth control for as long as you need aid. |

How about we put contraceptives in their water and school lunches? I doubt this has as much to do with religion as those of you want to belive and more with a future career on the welfare train don't belive it go to that area and look how they and most of their parents get money...

@Gerry1of1 really?! I guess California must be footing the bill for that because federal funds are supposed to be limited for stuff like that and I know if PA things aren't like that at all.
That said these girls aren't from California so they'll probably won't have it so easy. |
