It looks to me like the guy in the red car might have been distracted by the reporter and the camera.That is definitely not staged, and I believe the man in the red car WAS seriously injured. The red car was nailed in the driver's door at what looks to be at least 50 mph. |

Gah, that's insane! But you only hear for another half-second, so who's to say he didn't help? His job is that of a reporter, so I'm not surprised he first said 'There's been a major accident' before helping them, which I highly doubt he didn't. Anyway it must be real, considering you do NOT cuss on TV if you're a reporter. If he was expecting that there wouldn't have been a 'poo' |

As you can see, the side road has a stop line that is very far from the actual highway. Since the red car couldn't see around the intersection, they assumed it was safe to go after the van turned. Also, anybody find it odd that the newsreporter just stood there babbling when there were two totaled cars on the side of the road with people who probably needed immediate attention?! The reporter should have been helping the people rather than spewing the scene into his mic. |

I bet the guy who got hit was distracted by the TV cameras and didn't see the truck. I don't think it was staged, that was a serious injury wreck. |
