Disliking Facebook because people act like idiots on it is like disliking the phone system because of crank callers or telemarketers. Used properly it is useful. Unfriend morans. Remove unwanted apps, tags, etc. Set privacy levels. It's not rocket science. |

you know he makes a really good point. Just think of how many people sit there for hours everyday playing the stupid games on there, when everything around them falls apart. My brother got divorced because of Farmville. Sad really |

I know the world can live without Facebook and all those other sites like myspace and twitter. But whats the harm in having an account? It makes communicating convenient, I've recently gotten in touch with a long lost friend from the UK via facebook, and it's not like once you get addicted to it you wont get Facebook cancer like smoking can lead to lung cancer. hmm oh well i like my Facebook account and don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon. |

I don't understand why it all had to be written on huge pieces of paper, isn't the video about expressing who you really are? Shouldn't they have you used their voice then?
Either way it's a huge waste of natural resources, and a lot of the statements there a far too generalized |

Facebook in its most basic sense is fine. It's the people who update their scuzz 5 times or 25 times a day that suck. I like using FB to keep up with my brother who lives in Hong Kong, and my friends who live in Hawaii and other places. What's wrong with that? Nothing. |

I have one particularly retarded friend of a friend, and she writes LOL on literally every f*cking thing she's ever written. I'm pretty sure she doesn't know what it even means. One of these days I swear she'll write "My mom just got diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer LOL".
People like her need to be shot. Sometimes the gene pool could use a little chlorine. |

I agree with much of what he said, but you can't fight it. This is where technology is taking us. Just like your parents or grandparents who couldn't program their VCR well enough to get it to stop blinking "12:00", you get on the tech train or you get left behind. |
