Monday, December 27, 2010 7:39:32 AM I do believe he is in the heart of the matter. Just what is more harmful to the youth? Smoking some pot or going to a juvie because of it? The gateway drug -theory is just another slippery slope anyway. |

Monday, December 27, 2010 5:43:13 AM Christians love the sinner but hate the sin ---------- Has there ever been such a loaded make-believe line? You can't even name a sin. How about that computer you sit in front of every day hasn't that superceded the 1st 2nd and 3rd commandments? Keep your goddamn fairy tale to yourself and use it to live a better life, not judge people you don't know. |

Sunday, December 26, 2010 12:25:44 PM Pat Robertson is senile, just because one thing that comes out of him happens to make sense doesn't mean he's suddenly credible. |

Sunday, December 26, 2010 10:38:06 AM THE GODD@MNED 700 CLUB?! Okay, fine. That's it. I hate you, America. I effing hate you. The religious loonies want decriminalized marijuana. I give. Just take me to the Solvent Green tanks, I am ready to go. I refuse to fight for a nation that thinks the 700 club is a beacon of holy light and pot is the gateway drug. I just . . . I just . . . *Head Explodes* |

Sunday, December 26, 2010 9:24:59 AM I Breezed past the title thinking I read "Rob Pattinson Says it's time to legalize pot" 40 seconds in, I discovered the value of reading:| |

Saturday, December 25, 2010 10:53:39 PM It's funny how that now we're close to eventually legalizing it, the people who didn't care about taxes if it was legal anre now complaining that taxing it wouldn't be fair to dope smokers. I tell you what, if this loony pecker (Robertson) is for it, then I am totaly against it. That sob is the worst thing to happen to Christianity since the inquisition. Yes, worse than the WBC, because people still take this bastard seriously. |

Saturday, December 25, 2010 8:51:30 PM He's right. Legalize pot and free up slots in prison for rapists, pedophiles, and murderers. |

Saturday, December 25, 2010 7:27:20 PM With a gasp myself, I have to say that I agree in this case with Crakr. In the context that Pat is speaking and without paraphrasing, he is against the mandatory sentencing of people convicted of drug possession - *not* the illegality of drugs. I don't use drugs - never have, and never will - but the War on Drugs is a useless, expensive endeavor that will never succeed. But play devil's advocate for a moment - say for some reason the US legalized pot and taxed it as so many people want. There can only be two simultaneous outcomes: (1) As noted, the taxation would be so high that it would not stop the illegal drug trade - people still will get it illegally to get it cheaper, and (2) the smuggling of drugs across the US borders would radically change to something much worse. What, do you think the smugglers are going to give up a lucrative trade? They would just go to heroin or cocaine for higher profits. |

Saturday, December 25, 2010 10:01:38 AM vorpalsword: I hope you are kidding, Honestly. I hate the kkk, Fred Phelps, and people like them. They do NOT represent Christianity, Christians love the sinner but hate the sin, They hate both. So don't lump me in with them. |

Saturday, December 25, 2010 4:19:13 AM You two still have a kkk-esque bigotry against gay people Crakr and he didn't say it exactly but he came damn close, so quit wanting everything to be overly explained. |

Saturday, December 25, 2010 12:41:09 AM Cajun247: Pat still did not say he was in favor of legalizing it, The title is not only deceptive but wrong. I'm not fan of Pat Robertson either, He's said some libels about Israel that I just can't forgive him for. |

Friday, December 24, 2010 11:49:10 PM I'm honestly glad to finally here some logical reasons to legalize pot that don't center around why pot isn't bad. |
