I know that I'm going to be kicking myself in the ass for saying this but I find the odd purge to be extraordinarily relaxing ... sometimes the body dysmorphia causes people to believe that it's all about the weight. NO Auburnjunky, it's all about self-soothing oneself when they feel as if there is little that they can control (which paradoxically creates a compulsive dependency.)
If that's not a mental issue than tell me what is? |
