Wednesday, December 22, 2010 8:23:08 AM Still very very awesome. - I did freak at the Kid A hidden liner booklet. - tried the Radiohead 1 & 10 list, not entirely convinced, the keys match up, but some areas, there is just a sustained note & drums just come in on the crossfade. Not exactly remarkable, but still... ...as for others, I am aware of Warhol's banana skin phallic surprise, the Flaming Lips also did a play-3-songs together trilogy, I'm pretty sure Ash did a -1 hidden track on Free All Angels, & almost every band from AC/DC to ZZ Top have done hidden tracks on albums (Favourite is the Cactus song by Bumblefoot - Awesome!) Anyone know any more? |

Friday, December 17, 2010 10:51:20 AM Interesting how a band's creative juices spill over into other areas, eh? |

Friday, December 17, 2010 10:51:16 AM I actually had heard about and played the Pink Floyd "Empty Spaces" one on my old record player when I was in high school. I remember it well. You have discovered the secret message... |

Friday, December 17, 2010 10:19:21 AM They play up the Radiohead thing way too much. If it's what I think it is they didn't need to be written together at all. Radiohead simply pulled up the old songs and wrote music that started the way track 1 ended and finished the way track 2 started. It doesn't sound that tough... any remixer does it daily. |

Friday, December 17, 2010 9:16:38 AM If that Radiohead stuff is real, that's pretty cool and well thought out. Not to mention the patience it must have taken to pull that off. |
