I'm not going to say anything good about Mr. Bush, I'll lose tons of respect for americans if they pick him again.

That being said I still agree with going into Iraq. Not for the reasons they gave, but I was glad someone was taking on Saddam.

Stupid Bush wants to give tax-cuts to rich people thinking that it will bring up the economy. Jobs have been create but it was only jobs NOT CAREERS.. I'm talking about jobs that are minimum wages.. All the high paying careers are taken oversees to different countries. When Bill Clinton left office we had a 300 million dollars surplus and when Bush became president we now have 600 million deficit and he also proposes to give our tax money to rebuild the city their city which he destroyed. which was estimated to around 98 billion dollars. Other countries are against the war . I understand why we went to war to find Bin Laden but I don't understand the war against Saddam

Bush said that Saddam had "WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTIONS" and that was his excuse of going to war. Yet with all the technology he still hasn't found the weapons. That monkey wants to be remembered as some great hero. He also did promise to bring back our soldiers months ago.

Well everyone just vote for Kerry let's see how He does things. How hard is it to find Bin Laden~ He's 6foot and 6 inches and lives in caves.. I wouldn't be surprised if Bush announces that Bin Ladens been caught before the election day because that would be his trump card to win the election. He prabably has Bin Laden Lock up somewhere.

Well, having a strategy is always a good thing, and an exit clause should be included.

But since they went on and invaded, leaving before they are sure the country can stand on it's own feet would be incredibly irresponsible.

Seeing how they don't have a clue when that will happen, making a specific exit strategy is premature.

I can't believe people are actually arguing against having an exit strategy...

I can see both sides, but it's obvious we can't forever stay in Iraq, so we at least need to have a plan to leave Iraq, yet make sure the country is stable. I don't know the state right now, but I know I've been hearing bad things going over there.

actually our exit strategy is overdue. bush gave us a date when we were supposed to hand over the country. that was months ago...

we never should of gone in there in the first place. the purpose to go overseas was to get Bin Laden. where is he? oh thats right they couldnt find him, so go ahead and pick a patsy to pull attention away from that...

well you can say "oh he's a bad man". well there are a sh*t load of bad men in this world. does that mean we are going to take them all out? is it our job to police the world now?

the things that we are doing now are the reasons 9/11 happened in the first place. our country is now in more danger because of these actions.

What I'm saying is that an exit strategy is premature at this point.

Bah, exit strategy reads: "How to get out as fast as humanly possible without looking like we're giving but, while essentially giving up"

It's not that I can't read, it's that I can read, I can also read between the lines.

This isn't a petition to pull out now, it's a petition demanding an exit strategy from Bush.

Thats really retarded. Even if you think the war was wrong in the first place, it would be a complete waste if we pull out before we are even done. All the lives we lost would be a pointless and a waste.

Why oh why would you want to pull back now? To make sure that Iraq does go into shambles?

Idiots.

The worst possible scenario is to invade Iraq and then leave before it is capable of taking care of itself.
