umm where the drat am i gonna get zombie diesel? but this sounds like an awesome concept for a movie.. it could be good ol fashioned southern zombie slashing. |

I don't think that boat would be able to move right with all that weight shifting behind it. and it would also probably need a heck of alot of fuel. you would also get stuck alot. i would rather just build grilles and fort up my house, and just try and outlast the zombies. you probably have to be pretty much a hermit anyway to live on a boat like that. |

Problem here is how do you continue finding methanol? Production is a pain and takes resources you don't have to make a suitable batch.
For the most part, a large vessel in the Mississippi is just an exposed target. You're hull probably isn't that strong against explosives. And fuel bombs and cheap RPGs would probably devastate the top deck in mere seconds. |

I don't mean to deflate your brilliant ship idea, but the living quarters look immensely unstable. Any rocking from waves or kickback from the larger guns could send them knocking over. Tweak the residence and you have a solid anti-zombie plan :) |

Interesting idea but while I'd not be so worried about the zombies I'd be more worried about the more agile and smart survivors who'd be attracted to it. You really become everybody's enemy with that setup. |
