Worst ever? Oh my no, Check out Ramsey, Eduardo or Diabys from Arsenal or Alan Smiths from Man u, just off the top of my head. All fairly recent (The Arsenal ones were all within the space of 3 or 4 years if I remember rightly)
All players have come back to play footie after seemingly career ending injuries, unfortunately, with the exception of Ramsey (he's only just come back, too early to tell) all have been greatly affected by the aftermath of the injuries. Eduardo in particular was never the same player after his injury. |

Arsenal vs Stoke, Aaron Ramsey (arguably one of the best new young talents) has his leg broken and career practically ended with one tackle. Look at the emotions all around here, they all know what it means. Tough for him as well though, didn't mean to do it of course but what can you do. |
