What gets me is the fact that the guy who sent these in apparently had nothing better to do than harass Cash 4 Gold. I really, really hate people who are so bored they figure they might as well make someone else miserable. |

It would have been funny the first time but its kind of idiotic for you to do it two or three times thats kinda effed up. Tho the letter they sent you (if indeed real) is quite funny, It gets kinda lame after two more times and makes me think you got alot of time on your hands. Gettin less cool by the second |

scrap gold price is less than market value because the work it takes to refine the gold back to 995 fineness or higher and, yes, turn a profit.
I've never dealt with cash4gold, but when I worked for a jeweler, customers who brought scrap gold in were often dismayed by our offers. Cash 4 Gold pays so little because they have marketing overhead, shipping costs, etc. People who use it are paying for convenience.
If you really think you're getting robbed, buy a small electrolysis refining kit. They average fineness of 999, which is signifigantly less than what the Wohlwill process can do (999.99), but it's still 24k. |
