Thursday, February 17, 2011 1:09:39 PM "If it had been any other religion, nobody would be on that kids side." If it was any other religion, people would want to be tolerant of that persons beliefs. When it's Christianity, It's perfectly ok to be intolerable, culturally. Think about it. You see depictions of third world religions on the History channel all the rime depicting them as if they were real. I don't see people standing on a pedestal raping Budists for their beliefs. (metaphorically of course.) Yet the rest of pop. culture likes to poke fun at Christians. |

Saturday, December 04, 2010 4:03:48 PM Folks are offended by that but not the scantily clad girls shaking their asses on the sidelines or the violence on the playing field? People are f*cking idiots. |

Friday, December 03, 2010 3:18:59 PM A celebration praising the son of the fictional self-purported most murderous being in the universe IS... quite offensive. |

Friday, December 03, 2010 11:26:11 AM calling it "excessive" would imply that there's a certain amount that's allowed right? |

Friday, December 03, 2010 11:02:27 AM 1st WTF? How can you ban celebration? 2nd, his justification is crap, "to keep the game running", football may be fun, but it has more stops and starts then any other sport. If they want to keep the pace up play rugby, or tweek the rules a bit. |

Friday, December 03, 2010 7:44:23 AM Religion aside, banning celebrations for scoring is possibly the worst thing to happen to anything, ever. |

Thursday, December 02, 2010 4:15:28 PM I'm not surprised by this at all. I don't know where he's from, but if you do anything besides maybe bump into your buddies or run around a bit you're gonna get called for unsportsmanlike conduct, at least where I live. |

Thursday, December 02, 2010 3:31:00 PM hell if i made a touchdown i would go soccer on everyone ass and rip all my clothes off and run off the field, to my car, blare the horn, do some donuts on the field, go to jail, scream at the guy's face in jail that i got a touchdown, get raped, cry-scream that i got a touchdown until i cried myself to sleep, wake up, go to court, try to explain that i DID get a touchdown and that the judge would have done the same thing and he can go f*ck himself otherwise, go to jail again, be in debt for the rest of my life, kill my family.... ...touchdown |

Thursday, December 02, 2010 1:56:00 PM I wonder if he would have made some kind of gesture that referred to a religion other than Christianity if the outcome would have been the same..... |
