Tuesday, November 30, 2010 3:53:15 AM I'm thinking these dolphins might be smarter than a lot of the commenters here. |

Sunday, November 28, 2010 3:21:54 PM Skabashas ... what about chimps and other primates ? I take it you haven't seen the chimp vs frog vids. Also I'm pretty sure my old dog wasn't trying to breed with my sofa |

Saturday, November 27, 2010 9:14:30 PM Dolphins are incredibly smart. They're also the only other animals besides humans that have sex for pleasure. |

Saturday, November 27, 2010 5:30:24 AM They are very intelligent creatures...and sure, there's probably some that aren't as intelligent as others...and some that are just jerks. The UN is struggling to classify them as sentient non-humans, but there'd probably be a few other critters that would fall into that category as well (elephants, and octopi come to mind, as well as quite possibly crows/magpies, etc). A lot of animals show the capability of sentience. Intelligence is a whole different matter. Whose standard do we record intelligence? Classifying critters as sentient, though, might have a whole new implication on things...zoos would be slavery, fishing murder, etc. |

Friday, November 26, 2010 8:03:40 PM The more dolphins are like us, the less innocent they seem. Unlike most animals they seem to have a sense of right and wrong, and much like humans they are just as likely to choose what's wrong. I used to be jealous of dolphins, thinking they lived perfect carefree lives, but that's very far from the truth. |

Friday, November 26, 2010 7:36:31 PM Sure they seem all cute and cuddly, until you learn that they kill things for fun. Killer dolphins baffle marine experts |
