Monday, November 22, 2010 5:24:37 AM All of the idiots watching are far less able bodied than the hero in the wheelchair. Why do we revere non-nice individual celebrities, yet guys like him get nothing? Give the man a huge reward and set him up fgor life. |

Sunday, November 21, 2010 9:27:15 PM If the failed robber goes to jail, at least they'll be safe from attacks in jail. The other inmates will be too busy laughing at them. |

Sunday, November 21, 2010 11:12:40 AM Man, the advantage of taking someone down with true dead weight; incredible. As a convenience store clerk I would have loved to see this the time I was robbed, but my robber got away :( |

Sunday, November 21, 2010 10:48:27 AM Something about this doesn't seem kosher. That guy in the wheelchair had pretty thick legs His name is Larry Skopnik. If his broken back has somehow healed, why is he still using a wheelchair? That kind of miraculous healing would make someone a fortune in media money. Plus the fact that I doubt if he likes the chair so much he'd stay in it if he didn't have to. In his own words: Just because I’m in a chair, doesn’t mean I can’t stand up and do what’s right, even if I can’t stand up.

Sunday, November 21, 2010 8:09:57 AM "In defense of the spectators... wouldn't you watch? I mean, I'd want to watch the cripple guy kick his ass. If it looked like Mr. Wheelie needed help then I'd jump in. But I would just kinda watch first just to watch the fight. Like watching a chick fight, ya know? just interesting to watch." Kinda sorta. It didn't really look like he needed help right off the bat to take they guy down; he was going great on his own for a bit. Likewise I'd back off until I thought it necessary to join in. If he was blatantly getting his ass handed to him, I'd have jumped in immediately. But the guy handled himself pretty well. |

Sunday, November 21, 2010 7:21:30 AM Yup, wheelchair users normally have much better upper body strength. Very courageous of him to try and defend her like that. |
