I love the people getting mad about "OMFG they are wasting time at work BLARGH!!! FIRE THEM!!!" how many of you have jobs? everyone slacks off at one point or another at their job... if nothing else just pretend it was during their break, they decided to have a laugh... now move on. |

Seriously, I wouldn't fire my staff if they did that (and if I noticed it, which is a big if). I would however generate a poo load of work for them as they're clearly not that busy. It's dead easy as a warehouse manager to generate work for your team. |

Anybody who is complaining about these peoples work ethic-
1. Have you ever worked in a warehouse? It's HARD work.
2. If they had to stack the pallets anyway, this would have taken MAYBE an extra... two minutes? Plus five minutes of laughing after?
Disadvantage- the only warehouse I have EVER seen that was as clean as that was USPS. |

this requires the mentality of a 12 year old, they should be fired along with their supervisor. i take pride in every thing i do. if you don't, don't bother. lots of people really need work |

yup been there. changed one of our docment thats mentions the words "you take ownership of this box once you open it" i changed it to pwnership. only a few ppl have noticed so far. |

Might be hard to track down outside the UK, but The Scheme for Full Employment by Magnus Mills seems an appropriate recommendation. Try Amazon.
Incidentally, a couple of my students work in the Amazon distribution centre. They feel like this picture a lot.
