The creepy part is his neck is not actually longer then normal, by adding rings it compresses their shoulders down making it appear they have extra long necks. His internal organs are probably all smashed together and his lungs don't function as well as they could.

shouldnt that happen even with the rings on? the problem with taking the rings off would then mean that their head cant be supported by their necks due to not acually using them for holding up their heads... |
