Ok easy as... Live in Australia!... As soon as you have a baby the Gov't give you $5000, then as of 1/1/11 you will get paid maternity leave (if your a working parent up to i think its $520 per week)
if not who cares you can still claim the pension aprox $500 per week if your single, If your partnered then you can still claim up to $300 (aprox) per week!... oh and thats all tax free! Plus you get pretty much all medical treatment for the kiddies free, and most of your own.

Collegebound, I knew a girl on welfare with no job who got $800 a mo food allowance, subsidized housing, and a government provided cell phone, I'm betting that adds up to much more than 3k/yr. |
