xxpinkxx that would only stop them rolling down the hill the brakes stop the wheels from turning. they dont need to turn to slide down the hill. its probably more likely to do with something like friction between the tread on the tires, silly!! |

LOL! the parking(emergency) brake, silly!!i guess you can think of it like those little brakes they have on strollers- so they dont slide down hills.
