Friday, October 29, 2010 10:10:22 AM Nitro that's possible, but I put them in my machines that are blue collar and the sign also says "beyond optimal freshness" They like getting cheap drinks, even if it is a coke zero every once in a while. |

Friday, October 29, 2010 6:36:58 AM we made a mystery can at the micro-brewery. to be fair, it was only a mystery to the guy who didn't see us put a handful of doritos, a bottle cap and his keys in it, but still. |

Friday, October 29, 2010 5:18:20 AM I think one of my schools did that before. They would just fill up the only empty spot in the whole machine with random drinks. I usually knew what I wanted when I hit up the coke machine, though, so I never used it. |

Thursday, October 28, 2010 10:16:20 PM Yeah, so what, my college house also had a "mystery drink" slot. Whenever we refilled the machine we bought a 24 pack of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, etc. and there were always some left over, since the machine was never completely empty, so we put the leftovers in the "mystery drink" slot. I always made sure to put them in non-consecutive order, too. |

Thursday, October 28, 2010 10:06:59 PM OMG, reminds me of a story of a friend of mine. He owns a few vending machines and placed one just outside a construction site. People there came by and got a drink every once in a while. One day, he decided to place a miller light or bud light logo in one of the buttons and placed random drinks in that slot. So, when one of the Mexican workers (i'm not trying to be mean, but this is what he said) came over to get a beer, they got pissed of when they got a fruit punch or lemonade. I want one, but at the same time don't. |

Thursday, October 28, 2010 7:34:44 PM I bet it is where they keep the expired drinks, in several of my machines I always have a spot that is oddly labelled for the expired drinks, which I sell for .10 cents cheaper than the others. |
