They had to reshoot a lot of footage of Superman I because Christopher Reeve's um ... luggage ... was shifting from one side of the plane to the next in each scene and it caused a continuity problem. |

I read about this on the DC Comics web site. The new look is for the alternate universe issue(s). I think it's called World One or something similar. The look is based off of the Smallville tv series. |
