@Angilion - at what point did IAB claim that this was framed outside their offices? Was it "from IAB"? You may be confusing "from" with "owned by".

well, if you're bi-polar its more like giving yourself (your other self that is) a room mate

This message reminds me of the most cutting insult I've ever seen. It's from Casablanca and it's much better if you can find a clip of it because it's delivered so well.

Ugarte: You despise me, don't you?
Rick: If I gave you any thought I probably would.

Far more insulting than holding a grudge.

Why do IAB's offices have this frame and sign board outside them?

Or is this another example of IAB stealing someone else's stuff and explicitly claiming it as their own?

I'm betting on the latter.

Hmmn, surely it depends on the reason for the grudge? If it's something small, forget about it, but there is always time to wait for revenge if the reason is bad enough....

@kaylen has a point. grudges can be good to a certain extent. i think that you should still feel a bit angry without obsessing when thinking about (as benj benj said) the wrongdoings.

Just remember the wrongdoings in order not to make the same mistake again. There's no need to obsess your mind with the wrongdoers.

Grudges are good. They ensure you do not make the same mistakes again. Forgiveness is for the weak minded (according to this sign). Besides the people in my head STFU when I say so, so nah!

Holding a grudge ain't such a bad thing - at least it keeps your memory sharp.

@Xerasia, Can't argue with that ironclad logic. Well played, madam , well played.
