Wednesday, October 27, 2010 8:23:17 PM My grandpa just had knee surgery and would need a wheel chair. He can stand, but not for longer than a few minutes at a time. This is stupid. If it was some fat lazy bastard I would understand, but you have no idea whats wrong with that guy. You dont have to be a paraplegic to need a wheel chair. |

Wednesday, October 27, 2010 7:31:12 PM Not everyone in a wheel chair is INCAPABLE of walking or standing... I was in a wheel chair myself after injuring my ankle during a sporting event. It wasn't the type of wound that required a cast and I could stand on the leg but walking was EXTREMELY painful. A wheelchair was the most simple solution. I'm sure there are other perfectly valid reasons for a person to be in a wheel chair and be capable of standing. |

Wednesday, October 27, 2010 3:20:12 PM I disagree... If you're a cripple you should always try to be better, just like if you're poor. If you can't better yourself, drat it and CHEAT!!! I'd do the same thing to get those kind of seats!! Good work gentlemen :) |

Wednesday, October 27, 2010 3:07:40 PM It's like those blowtards that use the handicap tag to park in the stall. Only to get out and run to the pharmacy before it closes. |

Wednesday, October 27, 2010 10:54:58 AM "Not all people who use wheelchair are unable to support their own weight." This. I hate when people assume things. I'm disabled but can still sort of walk, and do. It's like people would rather I get a chair or something so that I LOOK properly disabled. It's ridiculous. I'm just as incapable of going up stairs as most wheelchair users, but it's somehow okay to make me feel bad about it because I'm not in a wheelchair yet. All it does is make me never leave my dorm room. |
