Just seems she is dressed to attract sexual attention. I would not be OK with my mate going out without me dressed like they were fishing. And frankly, they shouldn't want to if they care about you.
Now showing off when your mate is there is another matter. Its fun for both of you and can be pretty sexy. But she got dolled-up (like that) to go "out with the girls" for 1 of 2 reasons.
1) To get some action.
2) To go fishing then shoot the guys down for kicks. |

Ok thanks Pixels, it makes sense. It just appeared that at first she was wearing a dress, and then shorts, but I can see where the night vision makes her shirt and shorts look like one piece. |
