Advertisements are meant to make you hungry for the item they are promoting, so many times the item in the advertising looks better than what you get. It is just a fact of the advertising world. |

haha I mean fast food never looks like the ads right? They have food designers, half the time the "food" in the picture isn't food, in cereal ads the milk is glue etc. just saying...it sucks but welcome to america. |

Most of the stuff from fast food restaurants and even semi-formal ones don't look half the way they do on the pictures. I work in two of them (they are joint) and it doesn't look anyway like the picture but nobody complains as long as it doesn't look like total crap. If there's a fast food restaurant that's an exception to this, i'd like to see it. |

well i work at mcdonalds and tho i will admit the big macs never look like the ones in the advertisements, they dont look that bad even when i make them

People do the same thing when they have their picture taken. They rotate themselves to most attractive angle and fluff themselves up.
Not sure the cheese fits my analogy, though. Still... |

I've gotten some BurgerKing Burgers that looked like ther right side, still tasted the same tho. Mostly they do look better.
I've never gotten a TacoBell taco as nasty as that! They don't heat-lamp them in Canada I guess...
