johnny depp is def overrated as an actor, he's really not that good. he can only play one role, but what he did for that girl and her school was completely amazing. massive props to him for that. she will remember that for the rest of her life, as I am sure he will too. |

I cannot disagree more with the statement of Johnny Depp being "Overrated as an actor".
With some actors, like Tom Xenu, err I mean Cruise, or Mat Damon, every friggen role you see them in is just them with a different haircut.
You go back and look at Johnny Depp's career, every role he does is unique, different, and fantastic. He literally becomes the character, so it is not "Johnny Depp as Gilbert Grape", he is Gilbert Grape. Jack Sparrow is Jack Sparrow, and none of Johnny Depp's person can be found within. He will be one of the "Greats" of our time, no doubt. |

He apparantly has dressed as Jack and visited Great Ormond Street hospital in London too a few times, as they helped his daughter once. |

cool, good peoples. shows taking a little time out of their day isn't alot (teehee) for them. Alot of actors wouldn't take the time to allot any time for this sort of shenanigan.

Did I mention he turned up at Great Ormond Street childrens hospital, totally unlooked for, again as Jack Sparrow? Read bedtime stories to the kids, and,
left a small donation of, I think, around a million pounds. Like I said, what a guy. |
