As you are well aware, stalking is something different from free speech. Furthermore, defamatory comments open up the door for a slander lawsuit by the offended. The thing is is that everyone's speech is protected, even those who would spread hate among us. Once you post laws that would crimininalize this speech, then even these posts that we put up on IAB would be subject to legal scrutiny. Are you sure you want that? |
