I deliver to a Walmart and I see literally every day one person who is so obese or overweight get on to one of those things to go and ride around inside...one woman I actually said something to about leaving the scooter outside the front doors in the rain. "F*CK YOU ASSH*LE" she goes to me...I walked away thinking...I wouldn't drat you with your dog's dick... |

The same problems can cause depression as well that makes it even harder to get up and exercise and cause you to eat unhealthy foods. Im not saying its impossible to get better when you have these things its just a lot harder.

This is part of the point I was attempting to make. Depression on top of your body already being drated up makes things about 1000 times worse. Like SillyBella said, it doesn't make it IMPOSSIBLE, just about 10 times harder. That, however, doesn't mean that people like this shouldn't strive for a better lifestyle -- they should do the best they can with what they've got. That's all you can do, really. |

I completely agree except you forgot about thyroid and hormone problems that can make it extremely easy to gain weight and extremely hard to lose it. The same problems can cause depression as well that makes it even harder to get up and exercise and cause you to eat unhealthy foods. Im not saying its impossible to get better when you have these things its just a lot harder. |

And for the record, I eat a lot because I like food. I don't exercise because I am too damn lazy. And if someone calls me fat, I know I would be a hypocrite if I cried about it.
And let me say, as a fat person (not obese tho) You have to try REALLY, REALLY HARD to become obese. Seriously, it's no accident. It takes a lot of dedication to become as fat as the 2 on the right. Especially the one too lazy to lift up her arm. I bet she was huffing and puffing the whole way from the handicapped spot that she illegally parked in all the way to the front door. |

God forbid any of you stone throwers ever get fat.
And guess what? It will be their own choice. And if you try to argue me saying "no one chooses to be fat" Yes, yes they do. It's a choice. THEY chose to eat like pigs while blobbing out on the couch watching TV. THEY chose the motorized shopping cart instead of walking. THEY chose not to exercise.
Being fat is a choice, like it or not. It's the truth. (the ONLY exception is if you are under 16 and your parents are fat)
I have every right saying this because being fat myself, gives me the right to bash the fatty's in denial. |
