I'm never switching. I find all browsers pretty much the same, I don't really care which one I use.If this computer came with Firefox or Mozilla or whatever, I wouldn't switch it to IE, though. |

omega_ma: Avant Browser is an extension of IE. It has the same CRAP security with a frillier exterior.Yeah, I used to use it, and I practically worshipped it, but now I use Opera. I'd use Firefox (i think I have it downloaded, not sure) but I really like the tabbed windows of Opera. |

Oh, I found out how the tabs are different. In Firefox, there is a difference between a tab and a window. ctrl+N opens up a new window, (a new instance of firefox), and crtl+T opens up a new tab. In Opera, ctrl+N opens up a new (blank) tab, and ctrl+shift+N opens up a duplicate of the page you have open already, in a tab.Anyway I think i'll leave this board now... I think I'm boring people |

What makes the tabbed windows of Opera better than the tabbed windows of Firefox? Plus, I added some cool tab-related extensions to Firefox which I doubt are available in Opera. |

I have already, and it whoops the ass of IE. I haven't seen a pop up for over a year, since I got it. Also, it runs faster on my computer, and hasn't ever frozen either. Firefox kicks ass. Better interface, security, options and even has a built in search engine. |
